Onimusha

[Dawn of Dreams]

Hey guys. I was interested in putting up a topic of Capcom's Onimusha. So, what do you guys think of it? Have you played them all or separate ones?

For me, I've played mainly all of them except for Onimusha 3 (seem that I can't find it anywhere. =P ) Though, my favorite out of them all would have to be Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams. It has some features on it that I like more than any other in the series so far, but the thing I dislike about Onimusha would have to be the camera angles. Camera angles aren't as good since it like once your character is off of the screen, another angle is shown. (Good way to die for some reason since you can't see the enemy all the time.) Though I love this game since it takes place way back into the 1500's and based in Japan.

I played Onimusha 1 and 3. Missed the second for lack of time and decided not playing the 4. Onimusha 3 is one of the best games i've ever played, so i think you should try it. I disliked the 4 cause it stayed away from what i think an onimusha game should be. In the 4 characters don't seem like japanese samurais, the protagonist seems to be taken out of a fantasy party etc. Beyond all that the battles in onimisha 4 are so easy that anyone who has at least an eye and one finger can unleashe Criticals till there's no enemys in the screen.
I strongly sugest that you play the Third game and make your own mind. Ohhh, and its openning is one of the coolest i've ever seen (robot made a explendid work).
