When you think of Summons in Final Fantasy, who do you find the most iconic?

Or who do you think of? For me it's got to be Bahamut. I dunno why I think he's probably the most iconic and legendary summon in an FF game. His Flare and appearance make him stand out the most IMO. Others that come to mind are Ifrit and Shiva (probably because they appear in the most FF games).

Personally, my favorite summons have always been Leviathan and Odin.

Shiva, Bahamut and Pheonix, they are always the ones I look forward to, never really liked the exclusive ones, eg Ark, Eden, Yojimbo etc, they just dont seem right imo, I much more prefer the originals. I also like it when they are centre stage in the story, like FFVI, FFX, they said it was going to be the same with FFXIII, but I just dont see it, yeah they might be in a lot of scenes, but they really dont play that much of a part story wise.
