FFXII Revenant Wings Japanese Review Scores

IGN have reported that FFXII Revenant Wings has gained good scores in the Japanese gaming press. Reviewers in Dengeki DS & Wii Style have given the game ratings of 85, 90 and 90 (scores out of 100).

Do we have many DS owners here? Or is it just me? I've been looking forward to this game for a while so it's good to see it getting good ratings. I'll definitely give it a try when it gets an English language release.

It's also worth remembering that like FFXIII, Revenant Wings is directed by Motomu Toriyama. So hopefully Revenant Wings getting good reviews is a good omen for FFXIII!

I'm not going to bother getting this and I dont even have a DS (ya like I would buy one just to play it). FF12 was too much of an ass-cheese for me to get this anyway.

Today famitsu also posted scores for the game;

Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings: 9 / 8 / 7 / 8
Total: 32/40.

Looks like the reviewers like it, but they also liked FF12 so I'm not going to get too happy about it and be let down again.
