Are any of our American members here going to watch Drive on Fox tomorrow (Sunday April 15)?

Drive is a new show starring the excellent Nathan Fillion from Firefly and Serenity as a man drawn into an illegal cross-country road race, kind of like the Gumball Rally or even those old Cannonball Run movies, but with hopefully a deeper storyline and interesting characters. It's created by Tim Minear who was one of the main producers on Angel, so it should be good. From what I've heard it's supposed to have plenty of action, mystery and surprises and there's supposed to be some big secret about the origins of the road race and it's organisers.

Here's the IGN link for anyone interested:

I am from the UK so I will have to rely on watching it via the internet, but if anyone here does happen to see it, could you post here and say if it was any good or not? I only found out about this show the other day when I saw an article about it on IGN, and I think it looks pretty cool.

Thanks,

Flint

Wow, Drive! Thought you were talking to me for a second.

I only really watch the Tudor on TV but this seems interesting. I might check it out now, since all I watch other the The Tudor is Comedy Central.

I have absolutely no idea what Tudor is, but thanks for responding!:)

I'll see if I can download Drive on Monday, or possibly even resort to watching it on Dailymotion if I can't be bothered to leave my computer downloading the files for hours on end (someone's bound to put it up on Dailymotion at some point).

My only concern about the show at the moment is how they're going to stretch the concept out for an entire series, but as I said before it's made by a lot of the people responsible for Buffy, Angel and Firefly, so hopefully it should be great!
