Gears of War is the most over rated piece of crap

im ded serios.

Whats so good about this game? I played it on Single player and Multi player and they both were meh. The single was alright, but it annoyed me how you could hardly ever tell the difference between the enemy and your own people, everything was too dark and dull. I know that was the feel of the game but I didn't like it, it made it annoying to play.

The Multiplayer...god. The Co op was ok, although the small screen was annoying but you expect that with split screen, im not really into split screen multi myself. The versus was terrible and the online was pretty dull.

Start map >> Run down the map >> shoot/get shot >> die/kill >> start again

I didnt find it very exciting.

SO PLZ. :cunning: Whats so good about this game? It was only alright, ive played much better, but for 360 games, i prefered Rainbow Six: Vegas.

I love Gears of War very much so because of Cole Train. He feels at home on the rails. I found the game extremely fun though, lots of killing and lots of kickass moments. Overrated? Maybe but it is pretty badass. Cole Train

PS. If you don't like Cole Train you are RACIST. That is a FACT.

Actually Cole Train was the coolest character by far. I think he's voiced by Ving Rhames. :cunning:

I did like how they talked to each other and messed about when you played the game, that made it seem more real. D:

If we look away from gameplay and grafics, its two thing that made this game overrated. Microsoft put a lot of cash on this game and CHAINSAWS!!!!

I thought that game was one of the main reasons to get an xbox? I hate the xbox anyway, since the first one came out. Il torrent GEars of War for computer when they release it.

I thought that the game was okay but the people were HUGE! There is no way that a person could be that big normally and run that fast with all the weapons they carry andthe armor they wear, plus I thought Resistance was much cooler and I agree with Dante, half of the time I would go up to somebody with my chainsaw reved getting ready to kill them and it was not an enemy but a team mate.....Dumb Armor choices on the designers part.

tried GoW on co-op with a mate and found it OK. the xbox controller was totally new to me and I didn't even manage to swith weapons most of the time, and I think I had problems understanding the symbols for the weapons. and I didn't get to use the chainsaw most of the time on that train either...just shot him with that bow-watheverthingie. to be a final boss, he was quite dissapointing, just a little guy with a big gun? and I've heard it's way short too...I mean, resistance had 30 levels...and the bullseye!

The Helicopter pilot is female (her artwork looked a lot hotter). There were some women at the little town under the bridge as well.
