Yoichi Wada has just confirmed during the Microsoft Conference at E3 today that Final Fantasy XIII will be making it's way over to the Xbox 360. A new trailer also debuted at Microsoft's Press Conference.

The reason for this move is most likely because of Square's current financial situation but it does go against a lot of the staffs statements claiming that Final Fantasy XIII and Versus would be using the full power of the Playstation 3. During the conference, Yoichi Wada also announced that it would be releasing in the US, Europe and Japan simultaneously on the Xbox 360. It is unclear if the Playstation 3 version will also release worldwide simultaneously.
